1. Who we are
MillionTSP is built and operated by Earn Access LLC ("MillionTSP," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Austin, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information MillionTSP collects when you use our iOS app, Android app, or web app (together, the "App"), why we collect it, and the choices you have.
MillionTSP is an independent planning and tracking tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, the TSP, or any federal agency, and it is not a substitute for financial or investment advice.
2. Information you provide to us
MillionTSP is a tool you fill in yourself — we never connect to TSP.gov or your agency's payroll system on your behalf. Everything below is information you choose to type into the App.
Account information
- Full name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Basic sign-in and session data (for example, when you last logged in) needed to keep your account secure.
Retirement and financial planning information
To power the balance tracking, goal projections, and retirement calculators, MillionTSP stores the figures you enter, which may include:
- Your TSP balance, balance history, and savings goal.
- Contribution amounts and elections (Traditional and Roth), agency matching, automatic 1% contributions, and fund allocation percentages across the G, F, C, S, I, and lifecycle (L) funds.
- TSP loan balances, repayment amounts, and payoff dates, and any account fees.
- Date of birth, career start date, employment type (civilian or military), and retirement system (FERS or CSRS).
- Planned and estimated retirement dates, Social Security claiming age, and estimated Social Security benefit.
- Current and historical annual salary figures you enter for projections.
Beneficiary information (optional)
If you choose to record beneficiaries for your own reference, we store the name, relationship to you, and allocation percentage you enter for each one. Please only enter information about another person that you have the right to share.
Subscription and payment information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, your purchase is processed by Apple's App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, and managed on our side through RevenueCat. MillionTSP does not receive or store your full card number or bank details — those are handled entirely by Apple, Google, or Stripe. We receive limited purchase information (such as subscription status and renewal dates) needed to unlock paid features on your account.
Support and communications
If you email us for support, we keep that correspondence, including your email address and whatever you send us, so we can respond and troubleshoot.
3. Information collected automatically
MillionTSP does not use advertising SDKs, ad-tracking pixels, or third-party analytics trackers. Standard technical information (such as IP address, device type, and app version) is logged briefly by our infrastructure providers as part of normal operation and security monitoring — for example, to detect abuse or diagnose crashes — and is not used to build advertising profiles or sold to anyone.
4. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, and to let you sign in across devices.
- To calculate and display your balance, goal progress, projected payoff date, risk score, contribution optimizer results, and retirement countdowns.
- To send you the account emails you'd expect — such as an optional daily balance summary — each with a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To process subscription purchases and keep your paid features in sync with your purchase status.
- To respond to support requests and fix bugs.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the App.
We do not use your retirement or financial information to serve you ads, and we do not sell it to data brokers or third parties.
5. How your information is stored and protected
- Your data is stored in a Postgres database with row-level security rules that restrict every record to your own account — other users, and MillionTSP staff without a legitimate support reason, cannot query your data through the App.
- Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider; MillionTSP never stores your password in plain text.
No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we've designed the App so that access to your data is limited by default, not by exception.
6. Third-party service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run MillionTSP. They process data on our behalf, under their own security and confidentiality obligations, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

7. Your choices and rights
- Edit anytime: every figure you've entered can be changed directly in the App.
- Delete your account: Settings includes a "Delete Account" option that permanently removes your TSP profile, balances, beneficiaries, and all associated data. This cannot be undone.
- Unsubscribe from email: every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Access or export: email us at the address below and we'll provide a copy of the data tied to your account.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its deletion; we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If you are located outside the United States, note that your information is processed and stored in the United States, as described in Section 9.
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, so the App can keep working. If you delete your account, your TSP profile, balance history, beneficiaries, and related records are permanently deleted from our production database. Some minimal records (such as billing history required for tax or legal compliance) may be retained separately for a limited period as required by law.
9. Where your information is stored
MillionTSP's infrastructure providers are based in, and process data in, the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Children's privacy
MillionTSP is intended for adults managing their own federal retirement benefits and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MillionTSP changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continuing to use MillionTSP after an update means you accept the revised policy.
